  • Peanut butter is a food ingredient made from refined roasted peanuts, grown primarily in the UK, the Netherlands and the Philippines. The ingredient is used practically as a sandwich spread. Some peanut butter products are made from nuts combined with fruit jelly flavors. Nutmeg is said to contain levels of reservatol, which is a health aiding agent. Peanut butter contains essential nutrients such as vitamins B and E, arginine, dietary fiber, p-coumaric acid, magnesium, and protein. “National Peanut Butter Day” is celebrated in the United States every January 24.
  • Papaya juice is the preferred drink that helps enhance breast growth. The juice contains a distinctive nutrient called “Papain Enzyme” which is essential in aiding the body’s normal digestion. Ripe papaya prevents constipation and other excretory diseases. Based on research conducted by the Larco Museum Collection, papaya juice creates an antiproliferative effect on cancer cells due to its ingredient lycopene. Lycopene is crucial for boosting the immune system. The papaya seeds that are usually blended when making the juice contain nephroprotective nutrients that cleanse toxic chemicals from the body.
  • Breakfast cereals are an easy to prepare breast enhancement food that is often eaten with fresh fruit or milk. Cereals are made from processed wheat grains. Also known as “oats,” companies like Kellogg’s are promoting their line of breakfast cereal products for health benefits. Breakfast cereals are fortified with high levels of fiber and vitamins. The cereal industry in North America and Europe has a current gross profit of 40-45%, which is believed to be the highest gross profit ever. Hot cereals or simply known as “porridge” are made from boiled cereal grains mixed with sweetened ingredients such as sugar or maple syrup.
  • Cheese is the most dominant dairy product in the world. There are hundreds of cheese products that are produced daily. Cheese is made from curdled milk acids mixed with lemon juice or vinegar and is usually acidified to decrease bacteria levels. In addition to regulating breast growth, cheese also helps protect tooth enamel, increases unnecessary saliva flow, and flushes high levels of sugar and acid out of the body. According to the US Center for Science and Public Interest, cheese is the leading source of unsaturated fat in the United States and its neighboring countries.
  • Cauliflower is a “Brassica Oleracea” vegetable that has been favorably classified as a highly modified plant since ancient times. The cauliflower plant was originally introduced to France and Genoa during the 16th century. Cauliflower is rich in folic acid, dietary fibers and levels of vitamin C, which makes it one of the recommended foods to reduce the risks of breast cancer. The vegetable also contains the essential phytochemicals and sulforaphane that benefits human health. Cauliflower is the main source of a DNA-based chemical called “Indole-3-Carbinol”, which is very important in blocking the growth of cancer cells.
