- Choose well-made clothes instead of cheaper ones. You want to be perceived as the professional and successful expert that you are.
- Don’t wear clothing that is too tight, too low-cut, or doesn’t fit well, thinking that no one will notice.
- No large dangling earrings or clinking, crackling or exploding jewelry. You don’t want the audience to notice something outrageous you’re wearing and not you and your message.
- Your wardrobe should match the mood of the presentation you’re trying to create. Formal business presentation wears neutral and conservative attire, lively monthly professional group adds some color
